2. Delivery process

(1) The customer needs to provide our company with an order book, please fill in the order form, and provide detailed information according to the template

(2) After the customer provides the information, our company will place the order as an agent. After the order is placed, the invoice and waybill will be provided to the customer

(3) The sender needs to print out the waybill provided by our company, and paste the waybill on each piece of goods (such as 10 parcels, 10 pieces, and 1 pallet)

(4) When the TNT receiving driver comes over, indicate the number of goods on the receipt, and ask the driver to sign the receipt, and then take a photo of all the goods. (Please ensure that the delivery quantity is consistent with the quantity on the receipt) as shown in the figure:

(5) After picking up the goods, customers can ask for the cargo bill number from our customer service staff, and the cargo bill number can be checked online for cargo transportation information.

(6) After arriving in Hong Kong (customers who go through the whole journey don’t bother about it), the recipient must indicate “goods damaged” in the receipt form when the goods are damaged, and take a photo to collect the evidence, and then send it to our customer service staff. If no damage is found at the time of receipt , Please indicate Goods on check in English on the receipt. If the goods are found to be damaged when signing for the receipt, write on the receipt: Goods damaged (goods damaged). If the entire cargo is lost, you can directly contact our customer service staff to deal with it.
 

3. Matters needing attention:

(1) If there are too many pieces, it is best to make a pallet to prevent the goods from being lost during transportation.

(2) After the TNT waybill is issued, it must be printed out and pasted on each piece of goods. To
